Ellen is a “born organized” type who faithfully practices “baby steps” in organizing. She holds that belief that organizing is a teachable skill and shares that skill with her affirming and motivating style. Ellen is the mother of two and the grandmother of three. She is proud to share that her children are her greatest success stories, especially in the area of organizing.
Ellen started in the professional organizing industry to make a difference for families by helping busy people create order in their lives. Since 2000 when she established Professional-Organizer.com, Ellen has worked one on one with her clients in their home and offices streamlining their environment, creating effective strategies for an organized lifestyle and helping prioritize organization in their daily routine.
Continuing her education in the professional organizing field is important to Ellen in order to better serve her clients and their needs. She is a Certified Professional Organizer and Family Manager Coach. In addition, Ellen holds ADD and Chronic Disorganization certificates and specializes in working with ADD and ADHD adults. She has served as past president of NAPO Houston. Ellen earned her Bachelor’s Degree at Smith College and her Master’s degree at Boston College.
